A manufacturer-sourced directory for U.S. commercial alarm buyers and end users. Compare alarm hardware separately from cloud services and management software, then check what an integration actually supports. This reference supports NERSA project planning without replacing a facility assessment. See an error or missing platform? Submit a documented correction.

Reviewed September 26, 2026. This edition covers 43 platform-family entries across intrusion, fire, and unified management. It is a broad research directory, not a certified census of every U.S. SKU or private-label offering. Model availability, listings, firmware, licenses, and local service capacity require confirmation. Global platforms with unresolved U.S. details are explicitly marked.

Alarm Platform Serviceability, Proprietary Systems, and Parts — Understand proprietary alarm components, programming restrictions, parts verification, and documented lifecycle notices before selecting or upgrading a system.

Understand the Integration Level

Signal reporting sends events to a receiver or service. Event integration associates alarms with video, doors, or workflows. Unification provides a coordinated operator experience across supported systems. One level does not automatically establish the others.

A smoke detector supported by an intrusion system does not establish suitability as a commercial fire-alarm system. Likewise, an interface that displays fire events does not authorize remote fire control or replace required monitoring.

Compare Ownership and Service Continuity

Each entry includes proprietary or service-access considerations and an availability evidence field. A dealer restriction, subscription dependency, or vendor-specific bus is different from a verified parts shortage. The serviceability guide includes documented licensing and lifecycle examples.

Move From Research to a Project

Use the buyer’s guide to prepare a shortlist and the unification resource to define the operator workflow. For a site-specific integration discussion, review NERSA’s enterprise security integration services and confirm the project location and platform requirements. NERSA’s support and authorization for a particular brand must be confirmed; listing a manufacturer here is not a dealer claim.
